Materialapse works without accounts or advertising and behavioural analytics. We process only what is needed to run the site and answer enquiries.

Information we process

  • IP address, request time, browser and device information, requested URL and response status that a server or proxy may record while handling a site request
  • Your email address, name and message when you contact us by email
  • A language preference stored on your device so the site remembers your choice

Simulation inputs and results are not stored in a server account or app database.

Purpose and legal basis

Technical logs are used to deliver and secure the site and diagnose errors. Enquiry details are used to answer and follow up on your request. The basis is legitimate interest in operating the service, a legal obligation where applicable, or steps requested by you.

Service providers and transfers

The site uses hosting infrastructure and Cloudflare. These providers may process technical logs to deliver requests, provide security and optimize performance; processing locations may vary with their infrastructure. We do not use advertising or behavioural analytics services or sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

The app does not store simulation results. Server and proxy logs are retained by the providers for the period needed for security, operation and legal obligations under their policies. Email enquiries are deleted when the request and necessary follow-up are complete and the record is no longer needed. Send deletion requests to the contact email.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not use advertising or behavioural analytics cookies. The language preference remains only in local browser storage and can be removed through browser settings.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or object to processing. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Send requests to [email protected].
